About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah! I am a DONA-certified postpartum doula with 19 years of experience supporting families, including those with multiples and special needs. My background as a behavior therapist, combined with a degree in Elementary Education (emphasis in Early Childhood), equips me to offer attentive, personalized care for your baby while helping you seamlessly navigate the early stages of parenthood.

As a devoted mother of two, my passion for this work is personal. After the birth of my son, I experienced firsthand the transformative impact of a skilled postpartum doula. Her calm presence, guidance, and reassurance allowed me to settle into the moment and focus on what truly mattered: bonding with my baby. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to providing that same grounding support for other growing families.

I believe that caring for a newborn starts with nurturing the parents. Whether you need evidence-based infant care, guidance through postpartum recovery, or gentle support establishing healthy sleep habits, my goal is to help you to feel confident, rested, and supported during this beautiful transition.
